Exhibit Opening: History of Patronage

Exhibit Opening. April 30, 5-7 pm. Posner Center. Spring 2009 Posner Center intern Mirae Kim (Master’s candidate, Creative Enterprise Management, Heinz College) has prepared an exhibit supporting the thesis that patrons of the arts and sciences have made a difference in history, and that patronage still makes a significant impact. Exhibit features works from the Posner Collection by Copernicus, Kepler, Bacon, Vesalius, Newton, Blackstone, Adam Smith, Samuel Johnson, and Machiavelli. On display through summer 2009. Monday- Friday, 1-4 pm.
